Terms & Conditions – The English Poker Open 2010 • The Promoter of this promotion is PokerGalaxy. • The tournament that represent the prize is the $5,000 + $350 event at the English Poker Open at the Palm Beach Casino, Mayfair, England to take place between 13th and 16th September 2010.. The prize includes approximately €1,500 travel/accommodation money (depending on the Euro/USD exchange rate on the date of funds transfer). • The prize does not include travel to or from London and/or accommodation, this is the sole responsibility of the player. • The minimum age limit for entry into the casino is 18. • All winners must be accepted for membership of the Palm Beach Casino to be eligible to compete in the tournament. In the event of a player being ineligible or refused membership of the Palm Beach Casino then no part of the prize package will be awarded. PokerGalaxy reserves the right to choose a replacement subject to their total discretion. • In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of PokerGalaxy. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners. • Seats for the English Poker Open are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. Should a player win two seats then he or she will forfeit one of them. • Players can only win one satellite entry to a English Poker Open online qualifier, there is no cash alternative and seats are not transferable.
